UIC Students Receive Funding for Study Abroad in China

Six UIC students have been selected to receive a fellowship covering all costs for a three week sustainable technology study abroad program in China this summer. Hangzhou Polytechnic University will host the students and the program will include visits to Beijing and Shanghai.
The fellowship is generously sponsored by the Wangxiang Corporation, based in Elgin, IL, and coordinated by the UIC Study Abroad Office, a unit within the Office of Global Engagement.
