On April 11, the Allan Lerner Lecture Series in Foreign Affairs hosted Mr. Paul M. Van Halteren, the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium. The lecture series is co-hosted by the OGE - Office of International Affairs and the Department of Political Sciences.
