On January 17th, at the Residence of Consul General of France, M. Guillaume Lacroix, participants of the summer study abroad program organized and lead by Prof. Kathryn Engel—Director of Internships of Applied Psychology, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, and Faculty Fellow of the Honors College—gathered to be congratulated for their hard work and dedication during the summer 2019 program abroad. This program takes UIC undergraduates to a summer full time internship in the city of Paris' social services offices. Students are assigned to projects with local mentors under the supervision of Prof. Engel. In the photo from left to right are: Mary-Benedict Obikili, Andrew Ha, Mme.
